Please read these terms before you use Deerly.
Deerly is a service that helps you create a personalized digital gift website for someone you care about. When your gift is ready and your payment is confirmed, we give you a private link that you can share with the people you choose.
Each gift is its own website with a private link. The link is not listed publicly and is not indexed by search engines, so only people who have the link can open it.
You pay one time for each gift. There is no subscription and no monthly fee. Payment is made through Wish Money. You send the payment to the number shown at checkout, then upload your receipt so we can confirm it. Every order is reviewed by us before the gift is published.
Gifts are usually approved within 2 to 3 hours after payment. At busy times it may take a little longer.
If we cannot verify your payment, your order is canceled and fully refunded before the gift is delivered. Once a gift has been delivered, the payment is not refundable.
You are responsible for the names, messages, photos, and any other content you add to your gift. You agree not to upload anything illegal, hateful, or that infringes someone else's rights. We may remove any content that violates these terms, and we may cancel an order that does.
We may change, pause, or discontinue parts of the service over time. We will try to keep published gifts available, but we cannot promise the service will always be offered in the same form.
These terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon.
